High Street, Stratford

Welcome to our website where we, The Pickstock Group, wish to share our intentions for the redevelopment of our site at 68-70 High Street, Stratford. The site has a historic implemented consent for a residential-led development, which we intend to improve upon significantly through progressing a new planning application on the site. Our emerging proposals will provide new Build to Rent homes, new community and commercial opportunities as well as improved public spaces.  

Located down the road from Stratford and a short distance from the Olympic Park, the site is a great location for future development. Similar schemes have already been given the go-ahead bringing new homes, jobs and activity to the area. Our new scheme is being designed to complement the surroundings and contribute to the emerging neighbourhood. It will draw inspiration from the nearby canal waterways and reflect Stratford’s rich history.  There will be an emphasis on reaching high environmental standards and will include much needed affordable housing.
