Our plans are still in formation, and we are keen to work with local residents, businesses and community groups to transform the derelict former Porsche garage into a thriving residential-led mixed use development. We intend to create a highly sustainable development providing new homes, new workspaces and high street uses as well as improved public spaces. 

These new homes will be Build to Rent and will have a range of shared facilities and amenity spaces for residents. There will be affordable homes to address the needs of local people. 

Our ideas seek to complement the surroundings and contribute to the emerging neighbourhood. They draw inspiration from the nearby canal waterways and reflect Stratford’s rich history.  We are placing an emphasis on reaching high environmental standards and will deliver new homes and new jobs for local people. We would like to harness the knowledge and views of local residents, businesses and community groups.  What would you like to see happen at this site?

The ground floor of the scheme is where we are currently considering public-facing commercial, retail and potential community uses. What do you think? What does Stratford need?
